Partnerships For Success Mission - To embrace a collaborative and coordinated approach toward community action to increase the number of children and youth who are ready for and succeed in school and to decrease the number of children and youth who engage in risky behaviors in Sandusky County.
Through our Partnerships for Success planning process, the Sandusky County FCFC:
- Mobilizes the community around issues related to families and children and engages them in action.
- Reduces duplication of effort between organizations.
- Makes better decisions that lead to better investments of public dollars.
- Evaluates the impact.
