The FCFC works on various projects to strengthen families.

Help Me Grow  – Services for Families with children 0-3.  Prenatal visits, Newborn visits, Service coordination and on-going home visits as needed, Early identification of developmental delays and disabilities.

Prevention Partnership  – A coalition of many individuals and community groups, with the goal of reducing youth substance abuse and other risky behaviors.
